Terms & Conditions

The terms that govern your use of the Domaxit website and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Domaxit website or engaging Domaxit Digital Technology for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

Domaxit provides design, software development, AI, blockchain, digital marketing, and SEO services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any engagement are defined in a separate proposal or statement of work agreed by both parties.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, supply the materials, access, and feedback we need on time, and ensure that any content you give us does not infringe third-party rights. Project timelines depend on timely cooperation from both sides.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees are set out in your proposal or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, an upfront deposit is required to begin work, with the remainder due according to the milestones in your proposal. Late payments may pause delivery until the account is up to date.

5. Intellectual Property

Final deliverables become your property once full payment has been received. Domaxit retains ownership of background tools, frameworks, and reusable components used to build them, and may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

6. Confidentiality

We treat any non-public information you share with us as confidential and use it only to deliver the services you have engaged us for. We will not share it with third parties except as needed to perform the work or as required by law.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and any deliverables are otherwise provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement beyond what is expressly stated in your proposal.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Domaxit's total liability for any claim arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees actually paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as set out in the proposal. On termination, you remain responsible for paying for work completed up to the termination date and for any non-cancellable third-party costs.

10. Third-Party Services

Some deliverables may rely on third-party platforms (such as hosting providers, ad networks, or analytics tools). Use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and Domaxit is not responsible for their availability or behaviour.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
