Refund Policy

Our approach to deposits, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Overview

Because Domaxit's services are highly customised and delivered through dedicated team time, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. This policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and how long it takes.

2. Deposits

An upfront deposit is normally required to reserve our team and begin work. Once we have started discovery, design, or development on your project, the deposit is non-refundable as it covers the time already spent.

3. Refund Window

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your initial payment, provided work on your project has not yet started. After this 14-day window — or once we have begun discovery, design, or development, whichever comes first — the deposit becomes non-refundable. Outside the 14-day window we will still review refund requests for clearly defective deliverables that we cannot remedy after a reasonable revision attempt, or for services billed in error such as duplicate charges.

4. What Is Not Refundable

We cannot refund work already completed and delivered, third-party costs we have paid on your behalf (such as ad spend, hosting, plugins, or domain registrations), discounted or bundled offers once the project has begun, or rejected work that meets the agreed specification.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your project name, the invoice or payment reference, and a brief description of why you are requesting a refund. We will reply within five business days and may ask for further information so we can investigate.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7-14 business days. The exact arrival time depends on your bank or payment provider.

7. Cancellations

Either party may cancel an ongoing engagement with written notice. On cancellation, you are responsible for paying for work completed up to that point. Any unused, prepaid amount that has not yet been earned will be refunded.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version that applies to your engagement is the one in effect on the date you accepted your proposal.
